HOW , WHEN AND WHERE DOES CANCER OCCUR?

Cancer occurs when there is an undesirable change in the nucleus of the cells of the body, specifically the DNA. This results in accelerated cell growth - uncontrollable, inappropriate cell growth. The cancerous cell is the most toxic type of cell there is in the living body. It is believed that we all have these cancer cells so we must do whatever is necessary to enable the body to keep them where they are before they can become active cancer.

As reported by the U.S. government and Center for Disease Control (CDC), cancers of the colon, breast, prostate and lung are the top four deadliest cancers in the modern world.
Fatty foods – meats, dairy products, and fried foods tend to causes the hormones in a Man’s (testosterone) or woman’s (estrogen) body to increase. When we eat fattier foods, these hormonal surges will occur and make cancer likely to occur.Accumulating evidence indicates that high consumption of red meat, kpomo and processed meats increases the risk of colon cancer.

Red meats are not the only cancer-causing animal products. Excess consumption of eggs and poultry with skin has been shown to increase the risk of recurrence of prostate cancer after initial diagnosis.

Animal products contain no fiber. There is nothing to help carry that animal product through the digestive tract so it moves very sluggishly. When you eat raw fruits or vegetables, it will digest in 30 – 60 minutes and will be cleared out of your body in 16 – 20 hours (less than a day) whereas the animal product will remain in your body for up to 4 days before it is cleared out. The temperature inside your body is 98.6 degrees so when you hold meat in that hot environment for that long period, it decays. It rots! During this period the meat now becomes toxic and most times the toxins are absorbed into the body. This toxic environment is what the cancer cells need to thrive and multiply. It’s like a housefly laying eggs in a rotten environment. The larva needs that rotten environment to thrive.

Your goal is to gradually reduce the animal products in your diet until you're only consuming them two to three times per week or less and increase your intakes of vegetable, whole foods and fruits.
