WHAT EXERCISE REALLY DOES FOR YOU

I want to bring to your attention an important part of your body you may not know about, "the lymph".
This vital part of your body requires exercise in order to function properly. Reverend Malkmus in his book,"Why Christians get sick" says 

"The soft tissues cells of the body are constantly bathed in a watery fluid called lymph. This lymph has several vital important functions which are basically feeding and cleansing the cells but unlike the blood which has a pump(the heart) to move the blood through the body, the lymph has no pump.Because it has no pump, the lymph must depend on the motion of exercise of the body.When the body is exercised vigorously on a regular basis, the lymph moves and performs it's feeding and cleansing functions as God intended but when the body is not exercised, the feeding and the cleansing of the cells by the lymph is hampered and toxins and debris begin to accumulate  throughout the body.
As deposits continue to accumulate , the body cells are cut off from from their supply of fresh air(oxygen) and are unable to remove the debris(carbon dioxide and other wastes).Also the cells are prevented from receiving new building supplies. The whole system begins to malfunction, resulting in a multitude of physical problems including cancer and untimely death!"

I have advised earlier that you should get a skipping rope. using it 5 minutes a day is fine. All i want is a healthier you.I want you to avoid the hospitals and save money.
