I'm often asked to name one thing that can be

It breaks down into awe-inspiring detail how many calories you've burned and what other exercise you'd need to do to burn the equivalent.
For example, for a woman and man of average weight having sex in 'doggy style' for 20 minutes burns just 52 calories for the woman.
That's the equivalent of 1.4 miles of cycling for the man and 1.2 miles for a woman - and 23 minutes of heavy lifting in the weights section.
